Hi, check if it is possible: main fuse in electronic board, normally all the board has a small relay, so when treadmill is on 4 or 5 seconds relay sounds with a click, if you press start and treadmill doesn´t move could be a problem with PMW circuit, MOSFET, Diode, diode zener and small transistors.

Could be. If you had to take it apart, I would definately check the wire harness connection. Also if there are bolts that were removed, check to make sure none of those pinched the harness when reassembling.

You may have a beltand deck problem. Test by the following procedure:
without the poweron stand on the walking belt, push the belt in the, direction it normally turns. If the belt is very difficult to turn (on most treadmill this means that you have high belt/deck friction I first apply silicone lubricant between the belt & deck to see if that clears up the problem. Most problems originate from the belt and deck 75 to 85% of the time

Your problem might be that a magnet has fallen off. Here's an illustrated tutorial that should make fixing it easy: http://fixmytreadmill.blogspot.com/2010/10/how-to-fix-treadmill-e1-error.html

SOURCE: after starting the treadmill 10
Check to see if your unit has an elevation motor with an 8-pin connector. If so, look for a tiny pot on the controller board and turn it about 25% to the right, with power off to unit. Turn tread on and try again ;o)
