Hi ibrown812...

Sounds like when you had the computer apart you may have forgotten or knocked loose one of the wires going to the lcd screen or the lcd backlight...check for that condition.
If it was working fine before then that almost has to be the reason the lcd is not working

SOURCE: toshiba 650 laptop keys a,b,,n,7 do not work

The trackers on the keyboard which control those keys may be faulty, so a replacement keyboard is probably the best option

Toshiba l655 s5150

It is actually made by HP and they do suffer from over heating issues. The probable cause is either dried up heat sink compound between the processor and the radiator, a clogged radiator - clean with a vacuum cleaner, or a faulty fan. None of which is a big deal. Fans are available through flea bay at very reasonable prices and the rest is just maintainance.

My Toshiba Satellite Laptop M105-s3004 Crash and fan not running

Because the fan doesn't work, your laptop is overheating and going into thermal shutdown. have the fan replaced and the area where it is screwed to cleaned as it harbours dust over time preventing adequate cooling.

How do I replace the keyboard?

next to the F1 key and the windows key (2nd upper key and second to last key) are two screws, usually under some covering. unscrew and lift top edge of the keyboard towards the trackpad to lay face down. Undo the wire ribbon by lifting the grey or brown tabs and remove ribbon and keyboard. Then install the new keyboard by inserting the ribbon on the place. Lock down with the tabs and put the plastic prongs (close to the space bar) into the laptop body first, and then close keyboard onto the final position. screw back in and thats all. nboulikas@gmail.com for any additional questions.
