yes i solved the problem. Remove the wireless lan. Start the computer go to regedit hkey_local_machine/software/Compaq Wireless LA delete it and restart. download SP23031 search on google and run without wireless lan W200. Restart with the card installed it will configure itself.
Disconnect all devices from your PC including usb mouse and power adaptor.
Press power button and hold it for 20 seconds.
This will statically discharge teh PC. THen take out batteries from the keyboard and pres connect button to discharge keyboard.
When this is done connect pc to the mains and turn it on
Put batteries into keyboard and try to connect.
Press connect button on the pc first and then within few seconds press connect button on the keyboard.

i have a w200 to... and it seems that Sony Ericsson has a problem with the PC suit and w200, i could not connect it... did you try downloading My phone explorer? try connecting it with this program, it is similar to the PC suit, but alot better...
as an alternative, you can allways turn your phone of, and connect it to your PC, it will be recognized as an USB device, and you can do anything you want :)
Press the CONNECT buttons located on the left panel of the computer and then press the connect button on the bottom of the keyboard, to establish communication.

With the computer turned off, remove the W200 from the cover mounting( 1 screw). 3. Reboot with the W200 removed. Reinstall the Sp29156 Drivers to the system. 4. Reboot the system twice, with the W200 UNINSTALLED. Shutdown system. 5. Now replace the W200 in it's mounting area and secure with screw. 6. Now, reboot the system, it should again recognize PNP-new hardware and install itself with the correct IRQ's and drivers. 7. Save SP29156 in a safe place for use at a later date if needed. 8. Enjoy your now functional W200 module. later...
Anyone who has this problem: the problem is with the W200 driver that HPclaims you should use. Download this driver instead and your problems should be fixed:
