To change code I believe you hold the "Next Track" button for about 15 - 20 seconds to reset the code.
Changing the language should be as easy as going into Settings/Options menu and clicking Languages. You may want to use an online translation service.

note: Unfortunately not all radios can be decoded using the Serial Number
Otherwise try your Main Dealer ...........or take it into a Decode Service who will plug in a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM). This takes a few minutes and shouldn`t be too expensive
