How to open the inner casing for changing speaker

Be sure that the leather part in the back cover is connected well, remove it & reconnect it again.

I had similar problems. Sometimes the speaker would just go off. People might hear me but i could not hear them, or I'd get no audio. I found that putting the headphone jack in and out fixes the problem. I don't care to know why, but I know it works when this problem appears. I purchased a $4 jack from radio shk so I can have a "tool" handy to retoggle the speaker.
