call your bank and ask for an explanation of the billings to your account
you may even get the information if you request a monthly statement as that shows where the payments were made to

Is the verizon sprint refunds true

Yes, but don't expect thousands or even hundreds of dollars in refunds. Here is a quick explanation. BTW, you only have until 12/31/2015 to enter your claim if you are in the group that qualifies.

Verizon and Sprint customers have less than a week to claim their refunds for unauthorized charges on their bills. The two wireless carriers settled with the FTC after allowing third-party companies to charge customers for "premium" text messages without their prior consent -- and allegedly burying them in bills. The activity has come to be known as "cramming."
As a result of the settlements, both companies are now required to get customer approval before charging for third-party messages.
Current and former subscribers who had paid for unauthorized texts since July 1, 2010 can file a request no later than December 31, 2015 to get a refund. Verizon and Sprint both have online claim forms.
The work may not be worth the effort, which is one of the problems with these kinds of settlements.
Verizon (VZA) says refund amounts may be lower than expected depending on the total number of claims filed. The company also says it may not send out refunds if the total amount due is $3.00 or less.

I have a dobsonion 306 mm reflecting telescope it is perfectly collimated but whenI observe a planet (currently Jupiter)I am getting mutiple images on both sides of the main image. The mirror is 15 mm...

If you are satisfied it is well collimated, then:

- did you use a laser collimator? If so is THAT collimated? Lots of them are not.
- check all the adapter rings, diagonals, barlows etc that you might have are all properly seated
- then, I'd say your main mirror securing clips are done up too tight and are distorting the mirror. They should only just touch lightly.

In Timeslips Version 11

Two ways I go about accomplishing this:

1. Click on Billing Assistant (at the top of screen); select the client's bill you're working on; click on the "Proof" icon at the top; select "Revise"; and this will allow you to revise and print just the portion of the bill you prefer.

2. Another way is to make your client selection by going through "bill" "generate bill"; after you select the client, then you click on "slip selection" to get the calendars to open up. You then select the period of time on the calendar that you want your bill to print out.
