What is a case sensitive password

Case sensitive refers to uppercase or lowercase. So whichever way to created your password is the exact way you must enter it to log on.

So, if your password is Anonymous1234, you must always use a capitol A when entering your password.

This for instance would not work: anonymous1234

I cannot open my email id

Many things can cause such problem
1) The id or password can be wrongly typed
2) the Caps lock may be on in case if you used lower case to create your password
Whatever is the case... try checking if any of the above mentioned is the issue... But if none seems to be the case, then u have to reset your password, if you are really sure of the ID.
For you to reset your password, u have to remember the secret questions you were asked when you were creating the account.
Then to proceed to reset your password, find where is written, Forgot your password? or similar statement and click. follow the steps and answer questions as required.

Best of lucks!

I can't sign in on yahoo messanger?I write down my name and password properly but it wont let me in?!

The most common reasons behind login problems are either due to a typo or a case issue. Make sure that Caps Lock is not turned on. If it is, press the Caps Lock key to turn it off. Since most passwords are case-sensitive, make sure that your password is in lower case unless you specifically use a mixed-case password.

If you are consistently being denied access when entering the same credentials, it's probably not a typo issue. In this case, you may have simply forgotten your password. Use Yahoo's "forgot password" feature to have your password sent to you. This will help ensure that you're not typing it in wrong.

Also, make sure that you're only typing in your username and not your full Yahoo email address. It does not require you to add the after your username.

Hope this helps!

It's rejecting my password

Passwords are case sensitive, make sure that you do not have caps lock turned on if your password is all lower case, if there are any upper case letters be sure to make them upper case (Eg; If the password is "Password" you need to capitalize the P and make the rest lower case)

I have forgotten the password to my yahoo mail account and it keeps telling me the answer to one of my secret questions is wrong, how do i reset my password and get past this?

well try change the first letter of the answer to the secret question to upper or lower case. or try everything in upper case...

one more thing you can try, type your password in word or notepad, then copy it, then paste it in the password box... (in some case, it works)

Hi I have a 3Com NBX V3000 and i forgot the password what I can d

You must make sure to use the correct username. The only username that can be used for administrator is administrator (ALL LOWER CASE). It is case sensative and can not be capitalized. You typically have to open a case with 3Com to get the current password. There is no "backdoor" way to gain access or change the password but if you have console access to the system you can enter the nbxDb command and get an encrypted password. If the system is running a software version 4.0 and older then the password is unencrypted and you are done. I can get the encrypted password decrypted if needed.

Problem with the startup when turn it on

You mean a BIOS password? or a password on your Windows account.

In case of BIOS password: you need to reset the CMOS (Chip that holds data for BIOS). You can do this by removing the CMOS battery or use a reset switch/jumper on your motherboard. If this is the case tell me and I'll walk you through it.

In case of Windows: Boot until logon screen. If it's the blue welcome screen press Ctrl + Alt + Del 3 times until a small login box appears. Type the following:

Username: Administrator
Password: the password set at install, or is most case: leave blank.

Once logged in, go to Control Panel > User Accounts. Select your user and change the password.

I hope this helps solving your problem.
