Put the camera in PLAY mode. Press the W button (zoom) at the top right of the camera. You should see a bunch of pics on the screen. Press the delete button. Select "DELETE ALL IN THIS FOLDER". Select OK.

Will not take pictures camera saying full when memory card is not full also when no memory card is in camera

Your camera is talking about its internal memory. If you want the card to start working, you must get rid of the pics on the internal memory. With no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format" and follow the on-screen instructions.

Says internal memory is full. how do I clear it

You have to delete the pictures in the memory using the camera's function to do this. If you have a memory card in the camera, you might not be able to see the pics in the internal memory, so take it out first, then review the pics in the camera and delete as many as you can (not the ones you want to keep, obviously). When you put the memory card back in, the camera should save pics to that instead of internal memory, but if the internal memory is completely full, it can't work properly. It needs some elbow room.

Internal memory is full,I have erased all

Take out memory card from camera, format internal memory to delete all pictures at once or delete them one by one.
Once memory card is inserted in camera, internal memory is no longer available to store/ delete pictures so remove memory card from camera to get access to internal memory.

Cannot find the following folder for media file import

It's very difficult to follow exactly what you did. The easiest solution may be to use a card reader to download your pictures to a folder you create on your desktop. Next time, don't overload your card.

Memory full

Is this on the card, or internal memory?
If it is the card, then reformat it. That should solve the problem.

Picture Transfer issues

Delete the pics off your memory card.

Transferring them to a CD is only copying them, not deleting them off the card, so at this stage, the card is still full.

If you have a card reader, insert the card and format it.

This will delete everything on the card, making it ready for use again.

If not, follow the directctions for your camera to delete/re-format a card in the camera.

Hope this helps,
