I have a cordless drill model 6095D. The torque function is always on torque, won't put in screw. I don't need the torque function at all, just straight screw driving, but need to fix some way.

50% of issues like this one are solved by cleaning the mechanism, you have quite old drill so it's a big chance a metal chip went somewhere between the gears, take the drill apart and clean the mechanism first, if this is not the issue you may figure out by taking the drill apart which you need to do in any case. Or take the risk and use brute force. drillselect com

THE GREEN LIGHT IS NOT ON WHEN PLUG IN, THE MACHINE IS NO POWER AND NOT WORKING

i just fixed two of these with the same problem. it was the power toggle switch.

to test, take the top off (unplugged of course), and bypass the switch by disconnecting the wires that go into the switch and connect them to each other. then plug it in and test. if the lights come on, youre back in business.

you can pick up replacement switches at any autoparts or hardware store for less than $5. i hope this helps.

Medicool turbo II chuck will not loosen

You put it back together wrong, as I state the obvious. Most likely the large aluminium barrEl is backward, small end should face forward, flange towards handle.
Or the collar with the two wheels that engages the Collett lock is upside down.

Hope this will help. If you still need it, this post is quite old.

Jancy holemaker will not continue drilling without holding the on switch down. The magnet is clean and the metal is clean

There is probably a fault with the switch or the wiring. Has it been taken apart recently the wires might have been put on the wrong way around.

Steam not coming out

I just took my wifes S3101 apart and found both inlet and outlet hoses clear, but nothing coming out of the boiler. I took the water side of the heater apart and found the outlet nipple clogged with dirt and sand. I'm from VA Beach and my wife uses tap water. After cleaning out the water side of the heater I had to drill out the outlet nipple, it was that plugged. Anyway, after that, I reassembled and it works fine. By the way, removing the casing screws was a lot of fun (not).

I need to remove the chuck on my Makita 6213D drill

I am commenting so this will go out of the active section. When you put the chuck back on just reverse the procedure and hit it a couple times to seat the chuck and reinstall the screw.
