Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Ipad disabled b/c son forgot his password...help us get in?

If your son cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your iPad using the computer you last synced your iPad with. Using the last computer you synced with allows you to reset your passcode and re-sync all your data, apps, etc.

To begin the process, connect the iPad to your computer using the USB cable or lightning cable. Open iTunes and select the restore option.

If you restore on another computer, you can still unlock the device and remove the passcode, but your data and apps will be wiped.

Hope that helps!

How do you reset a disabled ipad that has a different apple ID

If your iPad has been disabled you can go to: "iforgot.apple.com" to unlock your account with your existing password or to reset your password. If you have "two-step verification" you can use your recovery key and another trusted device to unlock your iPad.

My ipad is disabled

Same thing happened to me when my bluetooth keyboard was active in my backpack on a long trip. The keys were "pressed" while I was moving from place to place creating repeated wrong password entries. When I got to my destination the iPad was disabled. I had to wait until I got home to connect it to a pc and itunes to reset it - wipe it clean - set it up as new and then restore everything. Most everything I needed was on iCloud so it was less of an issue than I initially thought. Here are the steps:

iPad,iPod,iPod Touch Recovery Mode
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.
Also, see iTunes- Restoring iOS software.
