Question about Casio CTK5000 (61Key Portable Keyboard)
Recently, some notes on my Casio CTK-5000 keyboard have been sounding distorted; the pitch starts to waver and it sounds very off-key. Usually, it's only certain notes, and some tones are worse than others. If I play a single note several times, the pitch changes; chords also sound distorted. Sometimes it happens, and sometimes it doesn't. I think I might have even got a plectrum down inside the keys once! Would that cause a problem? Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance :)

IF every key sounds like it is doing that, you may have two voices selected with one of them being transposed.
You may have an "effect" turned on that generates a chorus, layered or multiple voice sounds.
