The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: The volume on my dab dewalt job site radio doesnt work.any ideas how to fix it

If no volume at all it is the unit amplifier. If volume but no adjusting, then the volume control needs cleaning/replacement.

U sure the radio is getting power?

My dewalt radio dc012 blow fuse in power board, fuse replaced and radio work, after while fuse ok but radio again doesn’t power up

I read this as this: You replaced a blown fuse, the new fuse still looks good but the radio no longer works.

First test the fuse, if it checks out OK then something else has blown in the radio, I check the power supplies first, giving it power and seeing if everything there is still working as it should.

I have a Dewalt charger/radio (DC012 type 1) that was plugged into a 240v US outlet. The radio will come on with a battery in and work just fine, but with it plugged in it will not charge or play.

You burned out the AC circuit. Congratz, at least your radio still works. Use it on battery or take it to a radio technician to diagnose if it can be repaired. Presume it's worth.

Place the radio near a window that is not blocked by neighboring buildings. For AM rotate the radio to find the best reception.

My Dewalt dc012 radio will not work while plugged in, it only works with a battery

There is a small transformer which is used to lower the voltage for the radio to use (12 Volts I think) These transformers have been known to be defective at times. You can pick one up at the Dewalt store for about $25.00 and install it yourself.
