fatty foods eg Big Macs
sugary foods eg cakes, biscuits
starchy foods
alcohol

How do gain mase muscle


They claim that having a low fat diet and eating more often eating more salmon, meat, peanut butter, nuts, bulk up powder in shakes etc but it won't do anything compared to steroids. Don't go down that road. I have a friend that started taking steroids and they claimed that it wasn't an illegal drug but it led to dealing percosets/oxycodones then addiction then jail, shoplifting for decades to support his habit. He attracted and dumped and used hundreds of women. His life is a mess now. It's better to keep your body clean, work hard in the gym, eat well and who cares if you bulk up or not.
