Well that mean you have a yellow image unit fault using 3rd party use only OEM. also check the yellow image unit.

A condition of "EEPROM is not connected" or
"There is an access error" is detected in
EEPROM of the Imaging Unit.
So the issue lies within your Black Imaging Unit. I would try sliding the imaging unit out partially, then re-installing. Reset by switching off the main power.
If this does not solve the error then you will need to call your local service provider.
