You can get the unlock code through online..........give your IMEI number and get the unlock code for ur mobile.... i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.
This site is nearly perfect and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums. I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

Dont trust free unlocking it wont unlock your mobile properly . Only trust best unlocking specialist , unlocking via codes is the best way for unlocking the mobile , follow the instructions here mobileunlockguide , then get the unlock code here mobileunlocksolutions , using unlock code specified in it proceed unlocking your mobile without vain ..

BSNL 3G Configuration for HTC Wildfire (A3333) - Postpaid
1. Speak to BSNL customer Service center and get the
confirmation whether 3G service is activated.
2. Menu -> Settings -> Wireless & Networks -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names -> New APN
don't change anything else and just save the settings.

Select 'Mobile Network' to connect to internet and look for see letter 'H' at
the top near the coverage bars.

Its working fine for me after a long struggle with BSNL customer care, Finally got fixed by applying the above fix.
