I have a panasonic microwave nn-t695sf and pop out dial button doesn't set anything when it is rolled, can I replace that button, will that solve the issue?

There will be a reset switch button on your microwave's timer or somewhere on the appliance. Try the button and if it doesnt work then call customer care. It seems like a minor problem and can be fixed quickly..

I would say it has an Invertor Board fault.
There are no serviceable parts so call a Panasonic engineer for repair.

That sounds like the Magnetron/Invertor has failed and taken out the mains fuse.
The Invertor is not user serviceable.
Call an authorised repair department.

Hi, if it is an inverter microwave and the problem is cycling every 2-3 seconds, my experience is the magnetron has most likely gone short circuit and the inverter board is shutting down to protect itself and then restarting, hence your symptom.
DO NOT try to test this unless you are experienced with extra high voltages - the voltages present/stored in a microwave even when powered off can kill you.

I'm having the same problem with the same model microwave. It has taken hard use for a long time, but now it will (sometimes) start and then stop after a second or two. I think it's a loose connection, because a couple of times I got it to work by rapping on the back or side.
