Power button broke on galaxy s5 is there another way to turn on

when the battery is totally depleted, it will turn on when you connect the power. Just take into one of the mall phone outlets that replace batteries and screens and ask them to replace the switch.

My key will not start my car, then it wouldn't open the door

This model year comes equipped with Keyless Enter-N-Go, which uses an electronic transmitter in the key fob to communicate with the car. The vehicle's doors will not unlock and the vehicle will not start if the key fob is not matched to the vehicle or if the commonly-available watch battery in the key fob has been depleted. The EVIC will flash a message upon vehicle startup if it determines that the battery in your key fob is low on charge and should be replaced.

To open the doors, try the following:

1. Use the spare key fob that came with the vehicle. If the battery in your main key fob is depleted, the spare key fob's battery may still retain charge due to its much more occasional use.

2. The key fob comes with an emergency key inside of it. To remove the emergency key, slide the mechanical latch on the back of the key fob sideways with your thumb and then pull the key out with your other hand. This key will allow you to unlock the driver's side door and glove compartment. It will not start the vehicle.

To start the car with a severely-depleted key fob battery, try the following:

1. In case the ignition switch does not change with the push of a button, the RKE transmitter (Key Fob) may have a low or dead battery. In this situation a back-up method can be used to operate the ignition switch. Put the nose side (side opposite of the emergency key) of the Key Fob against the ENGINE START/STOP button and push to operate the ignition switch.

To replace the battery in your key fob, try the following:

1. Remove the emergency key from the key fob following the directions above.

2. Using a vinyl spudger tool or a flat-bladed screwdriver, gently pry the two halves of the key fob apart at the indented slot above the slot for the emergency key.

3. Replace the depleted battery with a new battery. Use the depleted battery to visually match the size. The battery is usually available wherever watch or hearing-aid batteries are sold.

4. Snap the key fob back together and replace the emergency key. If the issue is a depleted battery, your key fob should operate normally.

If the issue is not related to the state of the battery, you will probably need to contact your local dealer for service.

Hi , The problem with my phone is that even though there is full charge , suddenly all the charge is depleted and the phone dies. I am unable to figure out if there is some loose connection with the...

"The charge is depleted and the phone dies" This happens in two cases....
  1. Your batteries are dead and old. Try replacing the batteries
  2. This can also happen if there is a short-circuit somewhere in the connection.
Try exchanging your batteries with a new one or with another phone of same model. If the problem is gone then your batteries were dead but if it arises again there must be a short-circuit somewhere, get is checked....

I want to know how to completely deplete the battery before charging it again

Use your cell as long as its battery depletes completely itself or play Music, Games or call in order to deplete your battery completely.
When your cell gives "Empty Battery" or "Low battery" type warning for three times and turns off itself your cell's battery is empty then. Recharge it till its battery full to have more talk time then usually you have.

My phone keeps turning its self off, any one else had this problem??

If the Samsung phone fairly often turns off unexpectedly, check to see how much energy the battery has. If the battery is depleted, recharge it and pay attention to how long the phone works before it needs to be charged again. If the battery is depleted before more than an hour of talk time is used, you may need to purchase a new battery

My nokia 3110c is not switching on

Check if battery on the phone depletes fast. If there's nothing wrong with the battery try poercycling the phone (turning phone off and removing battery from the back and insert battery after 1-2 mins). If the problem persist try master resetting the phone. Remember that by doing the master reset it will delete some of your saved info on the phone.
