This TV is not designed to plug speakers into it. You must hook to an amplifier( home theater system/ stereo) with digital optical connection.

do the speakers work fine on a different computer? if yes i would say try reinstalling the drivers for your sound card... if this doesnt fix it then the card could be bad. but before that.. you cant try plugging other speakers that work into that computer to see if the card is actually the problem.

I have a set of logitech X-530 speaker for my computer with windows home 7, i have had the front left and front right speaker working properly, however now i cannot get any sound from any of the...

Try to disconnect the input connector of your speaker and touch the input jack of the unit if you hear a hazing sound it means your speakers are working properly but if you don't hear any sound your speakers are bad. Open the speaker unit and check the amplifier section of your unit. If you don't see any burned electronic component inside. Check the wiring of your unit.
To check if the audio of your computer is working. Plug in the input a headset if you hear a sound while you playing a music in your computer it means the audio of your computer is working good.

I plugged my speakers into the back of my computer and I still cant get any sound. What should I do?

Verify that the speakers are plugged into the correct color coded plug in back. Verify that the speakers are plugged into a power source Verify that the speakers are on Verify that the speakers are turned up on the actual speakers Verify that your sound is not muted in windows (Control Panel > Hardware and Sound (vista) or just Sounds in XP > Adjust system volume. You can also try opening Windows Media Player and unmuting/turning volume up there. Try several files, mp3s, videos. make sure its working. If you still have no sound try updating the drivers for your sound card, you can figure out what type of sound card you have from the control panel, system, device manager, sound. then just go to that companys website and search for your card to download the latest.
If you do all of this you should have working sound... if you still dont then that would indicate the speakers or a cable is defective, you may want to do some trial and error with known good cables/speakers.

1. there is an on switch on it, on the round thingy
2. try using an ipod or mp3 player to test, and only plug in the green wire
3. Make sure the volume is in mid range by turning the knob to the middle
4. Check connection to subwoofer
5. that's all I got, maybe it was not meant to be. But the sound on mine is pretty good :)

Dimension 4700 my headphones work fine but i cant

Are you have the headphones and speakers both pluged in? When you plug in headphones the speakers get muted. You need to change your sound settings back to your sound card if you use usb headphones. The plug on the front of the 4700 also automatically mutes the speakers.

Logitech z-340 speakers

These speakers just plug into your sound output mini-jack. No "speaker" driver is required, just drivers for your sound card. I'll bet those are already installed.
