SOURCE: I bought an Auvio wireless headphones for my dad his RCA flat is giving me problems to make they work If I do conectadod them to the headset device they work but the TV does not sound just the headli

The tv might not have a audio input driver installed. This happened to me it might say "not supported". When the driver is installed then the headphones can communicate with the tv. If there is no driver then they can not communicate.

My iphone 4s can not find my 903

Once you make your iphone discoverable, then put the Plantronics 903 headset into pairing mode by pressing the power button until it flashes red and blue. If it's not flashing red and blue, it's not in the pairing mode. Below is a link for the user guide which has the pairing instructions:

How to install the headset to my EVO 4g

To pair the Plantronics BackBeat 903 with an EVO 4G:

On the 903 headset:
With the headset powered off, press and hold the "Power/Pairing" button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red. This will put the 903 headset into pairing mode.

Use the iPod Touch menu to search for the headset and select 9xxBackBeat.

(If prompted, enter 0000 for the PIN code/passkey. Some devices also require you to accept the connection. Headset is paired when LED flashes blue.)

I go to set up my wireless headset with my playstation 3 but it won't pick up any devices.

You must put both the PS3 and the Backbeat into pairing mode. See your instruction manual for the PS3 for pairing. Once you have both devices searching for each other they should pair right up.

Instructions for putting the Backbeat 903 in pairing mode:

With the headphones powered off, press and hold the Power/Pairing button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red.
Use the PS3's menu to search for the Bluetooth headphones and select 9xxBackBeat.
If prompted, enter 0000 for the PIN code/passkey.

I am not able to connect the headset and my BB

Remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. If this does not resolve the issue, delete any pairing information for your BackBeat 903 headset and pair it again with your phone, carefully following the instructions on the link below for the Plantronics BackBeat 903.

Red light constantly flashing. I can't make it stop to pair it..

How to perform a system reset
Start with the headset off (no light). Press and hold the on/off button and without letting go plug in the AC charger (you will see steady light on the headset). Let go of the on/off button as soon as you see the steady light. Unplug the AC charger from the headset. Test the headset to see if the reset was successful.

If this does not resolve your issue you may have to replace the headset through Plantronics Service Center.
