Question about Apple Air Computers & Internet
Even though I installed the drivers on my Macbook Air, it's still not working. I am running Maverick and I had to transfer the files from my CD to an USB because the MBook doesn't have a disc driver. The setup of the driver works fine and it says it has been installed. But it doesn't show anything in my preferences nor do I have internet connection. And no it's not the ethernet cable or internet, those work fine.
I couldn't find the manufacturer with the part number you listed. I'm thinking it's probably not yet supported in Maverick. I"m assuming since you have a MacBook Air you had to download the drivers from the manufacturer's website. Does it list that Mac OSX 10.9 is supported?

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Are you trying to transfer music files from one mac to another? If you are, try using your Migration Assistant Application If you have both macs hooked up to a network. It's found under Applications - Utilities - Migration Assistant. Migration Assistant is pretty self explanatory from there.

Ok, so you commited the sacriledge of installing Windows on a Mac. Enough complaining... The Mac hardware is really tight to the Mac software. Some features of the Mac aren't understood by Vista (and XP for the matter). I ask myself if the F12 (eject cd) is working under Vista?

Since you mentioned that you moved your computer from one place o another, you need to make sure that there's no possible interference between the computer and the router (i.e. thick wall, glass door and other wireless device). You have to make sure that the Mac book is away from a wireless phone that might interfere with the wireless signal.
Another thing, you may try changing the channel of your router, if it is set to channel 6, try using 4 or 8.
Try to disable and re-enable the airport of the Mac book and see if that would work.
Last, try connecting into different router.
HAve a great day!
