Bit late to help the owner of this question and yes it could be a carbie issue but also check the idle speed. If it has dropped out of calibration and is idling too low it will start then stop. Try starting with some throttle, keep it running if you can until it warms up then let the throttle go back to idle. If it stops check to see if opening the idle screw solves it.
you' need to contact your local kawasaki power dealer to get one. or your Kawasaki engine dealer. you can go to there web page and than go to dealer locator's and inter your zip code for one closes to you. let me know. good luck
You did not specify what manual you needed. But Kawasaki has a website, www.kawpowr.com. You go to it, look under engines; parts catalog; 4 stroke engines; and put in your model and it will come up with a parts catalog for you. Hope that helps. Good day.
If it's Parts Lookup you need you can click the link HERE and select the particular "Type Code" of your engine.
Kawasaki built thirty (30) variations of the FC150V engine (depending upon the application) and the link will take you to where you can choose which one you have.
