Hi there. My Techwood tv turned off lastnight suddenly when I was playing my Xbox. So there is no standby light on when its plugged in anymore and there is no sound or anything coming from the tv. I took the fuse out and used it in my Playstation and it worked fine, so the problem is not the fuse. I can't find any real details on this brand of tv so it must not be that popular. It's only a year old aswell so I'm hoping something can be done. Thanks for any help.

the light you see is the backlight, you have either a bad signal board or tcon board which is part of the screen usually.
only cheap solution may be if the capacitors on the power supply, if you want you can do a visual of the power board caps will appear swollen on top and are easy to solder in cost about $1
try reseating the thick cable running to the panel (Tcon board) top center inside the set
