I have an MTD single-stage snow blower that I replace the other the cable and the belt and under a load it's still not throwing snow

There should be 2 holes on the handle that engages the auger belt, use the top hole as it will increase the belt tension.
Check the condition of the rubber auger's rubber paddles as they are subject to wear and should be replaced if any signs of excessive
wear is present.

I have a MTD snowblower yard machine.how to adjust

There should be metal shoes on the side of the snowblower. They have adjustment bolts that allow the auger housing to move up and down. loosen them and adjust to how close you want it to the ground. It also depends on the model. This process only applies to large self propelled models which are a two stage snowthrower. if its a small single stage there is usually no adjustment.

Wont start now

By tipping it back, the spark plug got wet with gas. Replace the plug or remove it and clean it dry (after drying it, use a lighter or other heat source to make sure before putting it back in). A little starting fluid would also help after cleaning or replacing. Spray starting fluid in the air intake only, not on the plug.
