Not all computer USB ports put out enough current to charge batteries.
If you're connected through a hub, try bypassing the hub and connecting directly to the computer. If you have another USB port available, try that. If you have a USB charger that plugs into a power outlet, try that.

HI dear, make sure the usb plug is fully inserted.Be patient,
If it doesn't work, buy an adapter directly plug into your wall power outlet.
