for first u need to clean inside (difficult for most laptops if you don`t know the way).
Take the battery out. Unplug the charger from the computer. Press the On button for 30 seconds. Then plug the charger in. If it works, then put the battery back in and you're in business again.
If it still can't work, perhaps the charger you bought is a dead one, just contact the seller to get a replacement one after all you have used it for about a few minutes. If you don't believe in that seller, just contact them for the refund and go to other vendor for a new adapter. Don't do that if you are not good for repairing laptop. That will damage your laptop and be dangerous.

Go to your devices manager and look at the top of the list,you will see batteries,with the loaded drivers listed there.If you don`t see any of that,you will need to go on the Acer website and download the battery drivers.Windows needs them to know the batteries are there...if it can`t see them,it can`t charge them :)..good luck
