My model is n50 r33021. it is stuck with a display of "power off". i want to fix it. i need a detailed solution.

I will suggest to reinstall the firmware (the operational software) on your MP3 Player.
Follow the following procedure to upgrade firmware:
* If other Digital Music Players are connected to the computer, disconnect all of them from the computer.
Windows XP/Windows 2000 users: Simply open the downloaded file by double clicking it.

i have a digital music player and its model is sony n50 and has a problem for play the files. when i format it completely its players files has been deleted. what should i do?

The battery is most likely worn out, replace it. The battery will have a number on, you can likely find the battery you need on eBay.
