I went google and typed in --workshop manual for tajima tmex c-1201 sewing machine -- and found many pages with pdf downloads for repair manuals and workshop manuals
do that and find the right site for you and down load the workshop manual and that may be a way of fixing your machine
I used this machine in my middle school classroom. That message was in the first start up of the machine, I think it just resets the machine. The larger model also has a beginning reset button that just adjusts the arm of the machine. Is the machine working fine after the reset? Hopefully "sew"
The format of your program may have different formats that will work for Brother but not Tajima. The extension of the program is the key to the one to use. You will notice a program name that is the very same but the extension is different. Your program can't be found if you use the wrong extension. Use other design extension or you may need to register the program.
We are having a similar problem with one of our single head Tajima TMEX-C1201 machines. In our case the design runs part of the way, then the head jumps and continues running and ruins the work. Any feedback on this would also be appreciated. Thanks.
have you tried turning it off & then back on again.see if it resets itself.
if that doesn't work see if one of the buttons are hung, if so push on it dislodges. if it's new & none of these things work then I suggest you take it back because the circuit board is mal-functioning.
Extra needles came in the accessory bag. Just unscrew the screw above the presser foot, remove the old needle and put in a new one. These are common sewing machine needles, but the LS2125 will also handle dual needles. There are numerous videos online that show how to do this.
