You should be able to buy a replacement from shops such as Maplin in the UK or Radio Shack in the US. The R60 runs on 6v at .5 amp.

If the console has a battery, most likely it is worn out already. You need to replace the battery. Some rower consoles does not easily expose the battery. You have to open it with screw drivers.

Sounds like you have a bad fan relay, the fan should shut of within 30 to 120 seconds after t-stat is satsified.

Probably is the one way bearing broken. You can order one at your agent.
