Where is the fuse for a 9 year old Kelvinator undercounter oven situated?

There is none. Look in the circuit breaker box on the outside of the house for the one marked oven. It will be 2 breakers side by side with a metal part connecting both levers together. Move both handles back and forth a couple of times. That may restore power to the heating element. If one breaker trips it leaves 120 volts to work the light and the clock, but the element is 240 volts. It may have shorted with age. You may need to replace the elements if the breakers keep tripping after you reset it at the panel.

I asked befor-my electric heater kicks out after 10 minutes?

The dust needs to be cleaned out. The over temp safety cut off switch is tripping. Should be cleaned before use because the safety switch will only trip so many times before it fails all together.

Help! I have a Kelvinator 2 KSR25F split system a/c that is not working. Every time I turned it on it trips the safety switch. I had a guy come out and look at it and he told me that the compressor is gone...

The compressor is the last resort. there could be another problem causing the system to trip circuit. sounds like a wire grounding inside the condensing unit control panel located at the contacts. check there first and inspect the other wires inside the panel of the outside unit before you decide to replace either a compressor or outside unit.

No heat runs fine

Look for high temp overload switches/safeties.

Ohm those out. If one is tripped make sure the vent pipe and outlet is clear. A partially clogged vent cause it to overheat and trip safety switches.
Some are auto reset, some are manual reset, and some are one time trip and must be replaced.
