Question about Coby MP620 MP3 Player
My older HP computer recognized it just fine and I was able to put lots of music on it. However, that computer no longer works and I accidentally formatted the player so all of my music was deleted. No computers will recognize my device. I have tried newer dells, HPs, and even my MAC. None will work. And I cannot download a driver because I guess Coby went out of business and their website is no longer active. Please help! I want to put music on this thing for a flight tomorrow and I cannot afford to get another device right now! When I plug it in, it says USB CONNECTED, but nothing else happens and there is no option on the actual device to switch to USB mode or anything like that. Thanks in advance.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Go into the settings menu, from there, go into usb mode...there are two settings: mtp & msc... my player was using mtp and wasn't being recognized, so I switched it to msc, and the computer recognized it.
