1st most likely: walking belt and deck.
2nd most likely: motor control board
3rd most likely: drive Motor
4th most likely: no/off switch.

if you sole f80 is less than 5 years old you have parts warranty.

SOURCE: Sole F63 Treadmill Incline Error

I finally got back to my treadmill. I raised the deck and lubricated the tread. Then started it up and it went to ground as it should. Then ran calibration and it appears to be working again. No idea why raising the deck caused the machine to be able to go down again. Now I have to reset the speed sensor as I have it a little too close and it ticks occasionally while jogging.

Why is the the resistance on my sole e55 remaining easy to spin regardless of which resistance setting I select?

Belt could have come off. if the belt did break or come of it would be very easy to spin pedals. Flywheel ( brake ) could have jammed up. Loosen the covers and look for the brake cable that's connected to the resistance motor. Then run the resistance up to 20. If cable feels loose , the brake is stuck. Sometimes you can pull on the cable and it will free it up.

Sole treadmill displays LS1 error as soon as I press start.

follow this steps and fix it. God bless you
Power Supply An inadequate power supply limits a Sole treadmill's speed to 7 mph, even though the display may say it is going faster. Plug the treadmill directly into an outlet without using an extension cord for best performance. If this is not possible, Sole recommends using a short 16 gauge minimum cord.
Belt Too Tight A walking belt that is too loose will slip and one that is too tight runs slowly. Adjust the tension by inserting a 6 mm Allen wrench into the hole in the right end cap at the back of the deck. This gives you access to the tension bolt. Turn the wrench counterclockwise no more than a 1/4 turn at a time to decrease tension or the opposite way to increase tension. Do not tighten more than necessary to eliminate slippage of the belt on the front roller. You must also then adjust for tracking due to increased belt tension by turning both tracking bolts on each side of the end of the rail 1/4 at a time.
Belt Lubrication Sole treadmill belts come pre-lubricated, but after the first 50 hours of use you will need to lubricate the machine again. Use only lubricant sold by Sole. The treadmill can go for another 1,000 hours of use before another lubrication if it is cleaned regularly. If the belt is running slow and you have done everything else, it may be that your belt is ready ahead of schedule. Spread an entire tube width-wise across the center of the deck. The place where your feet hit when walking or running is the ideal location for the lubricant.

The belt on my Sole F63 will not turn

It sounds like you have a blown motor controller. If your machine is older than 5 years then that's pretty normal for sole. Their belts don't last very long and they cause stress on the controller. You'll have to replace the motor controller and the walking belt.

Incline will not go up or down only runs on 2mph

Sounds like the electric motor MAY be getting worn out.

Check that nothing is obstructing the movement of the platform and belt first. Then check that the shafts on both ends of the platform and on each side does not have dirt, hair or anything else that may have been able to get wrapped in the shaft joints. Then use grease or silicone in each place, and at the motor spindle. Turn on the treadmill and allow it to may speed up a little on it's own. If you still are not able to increase the speed beyond 2mph then the motor needs repair or replacement.

Have an old denon cd that i had in storage, now tried to play and cd door won't open. any ideas?

Most likely either the drive belt that opens the tray/door has gone bad from sitting or the tray motor is bad from sitting. if you can get the motor out easily, you can run it with a power supply to get it going again....this somtimes works because it can supply a higher current than the CD players power supply and will unfreeze it.
Good luck.
