BSNL Siemens c2110 ADSL Modem can't get internet after 10 to 15mi

Using BSNL Braodband with Siemens C2110 ADSL Modem does very good in the first 15 - 20 mins but after that i cant browse the net also cant display the sieemens setting while browsing 192.168.1.1 .
But if i keep for about 15 mins in power off mode, and start again it works for 15 mins and continues the same problem,,, please help...
