Question about Toys R Us Tabeo
When the kids access on either of their tabeos the browser, when they go online suddenly new windows start poping up. it happens weather it is something that they have requested and its suppose to open one not multiple and majority of the time it just don't stop. or it even happens without any type of request. it makes it very difficult to navigate the internet. what we have been doing is touching the house/home button and just waiting to see if it stops most of the time it does not or restarting the device. it is not fun since it is every time this happens.

Open the browser and see if there ate 3 dots in the top rh of the tool bar
click on them, find settings , click on settings and click off addoms, popups and anything else hat you don't wish to happen

Tabeo Support allows you to Live Chat, Email, and Call them 24/7.

same problem here. tried calling and getting a busy tone. going to see if i can figure it out but have tried uploading it from the aps and restarting and everything. if any of you figure it out please comment!

I have the same problem. Did a factory reset desperate to get Tabeo connected and lost all preloaded apps. I just got off the phone with a lady that helped me register the tabeo so that I can connect to the internet finally however, she was unable to help me get preloaded apps back. We have to call tech support 888-477-0888, their line has been busy all day but we just keep trying

This is the worst and most frustrating purchase ever!!! Finally registered it and downloaded apps from scratch since i lost my preloaded apps from factory reset and everytime we want to play a game, parental control pops up every time, even in the middle of the game!! Ridiculous!
