I just moved into my home it has a 10yr. old timer my neighbor set the zone times.when they started perfect, but it keeps repeating the cycle over and over again till I turn it off manualy. Its irratating...

When you set an irrigation timer, you set times for every zone, however, YOU MUST SET ONLY ONE PROGRAM START TIME. If you want the system to start at 2:00 am, you put only one start time of 2:00 am. Make sure there are no other start times in any other programs, Programs B, C, or D.
That will solve your problem.

Toro lawn Master ll timer (53805) keeps repeating station cycles even though I only use Program A with weekly , time starts, zone times, " 0's" on Program B & C and"...

The "start times" are often mistaken for zone start times with this model. These times are actually if you want your sprinkler to run/start more than once a day. If you only want your sprinkler to run once a day, then you should set start times number 2 and 3 to "OFF". The "OFF" setting is between 11:45pm and 12:00am as you cycle through time settings.
This is not in the manual. You're welcome!

Second wash/rinse cycle for heavy loads must be engaged manually. is there a way to set it to start automatically?

Possible fault in the program controller unit. If the menu can be set up manually then select the wash/rinse or drying seperately and press start.
In most machines this is possible to override the program just in case the auto mode does not work orr the said program has errors.

Radio Shack 63-891 Electronic Timer: Seems I'm able to program the time at which timer turns the power on. How do you program the time at which the power goes OFF? Thanks for any help you can...

The timer has 8 programs that will run. This will give 4 ON/OFF cycles if all are used. Set program 1 as the ON time, program 2 as the OFF time. Use each odd program # as the ON time and each even program # as the off time. Do this in PROGRAM mode then switch to RUN with the upper switch set to TIMER to actually start the program running. ON will turn it ON during the OFF cycle and OFF will turn it OFF during the ON cycle.

A2350 doesn't start, just cycles through programs on display

This is just the store display mode it comes with - check the manual, it should tell you how to easily turn off the store display mode.
