Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: Does anyone have instructions on how to use BND-50/E1 light timer switch

The blue ring is made up of lots of little segments, push down on them to set an 'on' period. Pull them back up to set an off period during that time.

To set the clock, press and hold the BND button. While holding the BND button, press and hold the DISP button for 2 seconds. When the clock starts flashing, use the left button to set the hour and the right arrow to set the minute. When you are done, press the BND button to save the time that you set.
