Either pulled wire loose or blew fuse. At least you know area to look for loose wire. Find wiring diagram and the find color of wire for instruments that will narrow your search.

While running a cleaning program it turned off and won't power up

You may have a loose power wire down in the electrical box on the dishwasher. Sometimes the wire nuts come loose if they are not securely fully. A loose wire may give it enough power to light the control panel and when the water valve turns ON the amperage increases, then the wires will push apart. This is because the two loose wires become magnetically similar poles and push apart. I have fixed many dishwashers by turning OFF the power to the dishwasher. Removing the lower kick panel opening up the electrical box, then removing the wire nuts, then reattach the wires together with the wire nuts again. Turn ON the power and see if the washer now works. If it does, then reassemble the dishwasher.

If this does not work, then you may have a loose wire connection in the control panel.

My compresssor keeps tripping the breaker>

Loose wire in panel box or loose wire around compressor. any loose wire causes a high amp draw which blows the breaker. I've found wires that look good but are loose. Go right to the compressor outside and check there first. pull disconnect first and make sure there is no power. you either have a shorted compressor or loose wire. if you ohm out compressor with power off and disconnect the three wires you will get something like this....one wire to other wire 2 ohms... same wire to other wire 3 ohms... other two wires you should get 5 ohms...2+3=5 good compressor.they will add up to each other.

How to fix an engine misfiring

this could be a lot of things. look under the hood for a loose plug wire. Look under the hood at night with the engine running to see if the spark plug wires are emitting sparks or are glowing. If so, do not touch the wires or you'll get a severe shock. Replace all the wires if they are bad. If the plug wires are okay, check for a loose wire or loose vacuum hose.

How to open earpiece of UrbanEars Medis earbud

I have a pair of marshall minor headphones. They are essentially the same headphones, very similar design if not identical. I had a short occur just where the cable enters into the ear piece, i was devastated when this happened. they are a good pair of headphones and i didn't want to have to shell out on another pair.
To open the earpiece, i first removed the silicone ear-click thingy. if you look in the recessed space where this fits, you will notice a clear join between the two pieces of plastic. I inserted a razor blade into this join and after very little effort i managed to separate the two halves. In doing so i actually poked the back plate off as well, i did actually try to get this off but didn't trust myself enough with the razor blade to continue.
there is another layer of plastic covering the circuit board in the ear piece, which again i would attempt to remove via the recess where the silicone ear-click piece goes. i only had a short in the cable so i didn't go as far as getting to the circuit board.
the whole earpiece consists of at least four main pieces of plastic which are held together by a series of plastic pins. with a little Araldite/ strong superglue you would never know i had opened the earpiece.
i can't believe there is nothing online about fixing these headphones. it's a shame, they are good headphones which have now been saved from the bin.
