The 665 prefix on your model number is Whirlpool, but I haven't found the code "d" listed yet. Can you set the cooking time? If so, what happens when you press Start? I'll post back if I find the codes or if you have other info and I can help further.

F2 in this case means you have a bad or contaminated keypad (a.k.a. membrane switch).
Is it possible that some spray cleaner accidentally got into the controls?
I always recommend that users spray the cleaner on a soft cloth (not on the keypad itself) then wipe the control panel off.
Also, I always recommend non-ammonia cleaners since ammonia can crack and damage plastic.
Otherwise, the spray can get into the controls and lock it up or make it act odd.
If it does not dry out over time, it may need to be manually dried or blown out.
In many case, the damaged keypad must be replaced.
This is not too hard a job for a DIYer.

Repaired the unresponsive keypad on my older Kenmore (model 721.68100): Unplug. Remove integral cover for top and sides which is held in place by 5 metal screws. The cover then slides toward the rear. Unplug two connectors to back of keypad and clean them (I used contact spray cleaner). Some of the components retain a charge even when unplugged.

I checked the owners manual and it does not list the fault codes. Manufactures leave this information out of the manual most of the time so you have to call them for service.
Call 1-800-4-my-home (sears) and tell them the problem. You will also need to provide the m# so have that ready when you call.
