I do not believe it will. The motor mount and clutch esembely i different i am sure. To be 100% sure, you can call your mechanic at your local mechanic shop. He will be more accurate with your questions.
I do not think we have any junkyards on here, but I could be wrong. Find a local junkyard, or auto recycler to be PC, call them up and ask them. They have an interchange number and can tell you in a flash, also if they have one or can get one for you. Many are on line and you can look this up yourself. Try doing a google search for marshalls in circleville, ohio. you need not buy from them but you can find the engine interchange from their parts search page.
