Problem for Bosch Dishwashers

Generic problem for all Bosch Dishwashers

Detergent remaining in dispenser.

Dear Sirs,
When dishwasher ( purchased 12/12/2006) has finished programme I am discovering that a lot of the detergent is left in the dispenser. The dispenser door has opened so I am not sure what has happened.
Is it possible to find a manual for my machine? There is not one showing on the site that you have for manuals. Why does'nt Bosch have a help site?
A call out is approx £59 1/2 the price of a machine!

- We are having the same problem with our Westinghouse SB907. I have checked all the problem solver issues in the manual and none of them were a problem. I have a repair man coming today. If it is solved I will let you know what the issue was- Guest
