It sounds like you have a bad ballast board, or possibly the power supply going to the ballast bulb. I'm afraid that if you do not have the repair experience on solid state TV sets, you will need to contact and authorized Mitsubishi repair center. Good Luck

If you have a voltage meter you can pull the bulb out and check for continuity by placing the probes on the power plugs of the bulb. If you have continuity the bulb should be good, and it may be the lamp ballast.

try turning it on hold the menu button for eight seconds menu pops up try reseting the settings again as before you had the problem

From your description of the lamps and after looking at the error chart for the unit I believe that you have a problem with the lamp door. There is a switch on the cover which can get moved or misadjusted while replacing the lamp. Sometimes the door is just not closed properly. I have a tip at
