It has arrived with broken wing May I try to stick it and use for garden and return later for replacement? Bought from Prime arrived late and badly packaged large box but dragon in corner?

if you do anything to it or keep it, you accept any damage and will negate any claim for warranty or replacement
Take photos of packaging and of the broken item and inform the supplier immediately that it arrived badly packed and damaged and that you want a replacement sent immediately or a refund of the money for the item
the supplier has insurance against damage in transit so thee will be no legal objection for what you want

Recently received a cassette player - it is completely smashed up and broken - where do I return it?

why did you accepted it? do you have proof that arrived in that condition? is there internal or external damage? do you have any proof of delivery in that condition?

if any of the above - delivery insurance will cover it (from delivery company),

if you have proof of internal damage and arrival in that condition - place of purchase is responsible,

if no proof of any of the above - rubbish bin is fine location...

I have an Acer aspire laptop 5552 with windows 7 but it no longer works, i didn't get a reboot disc with it can you tell me how I can reboot it

if your warentee is up on your laptop, you would have to purchase a new o/s or a recovery desk from the windows website, or even buy a new laptop all together. Otherwise for warentee you are required to mail back the laptop with a copy of the reciept. I would also purchase tracking on your parcel just to make sure that you know it arrives.
