remove sd card, depress reset button for 30 seconds then press/hold on button till dos menu appears, turn off then put sd back in and turn on, then upgrade f/w

try to press and hold the power button for 10 seconds then release and check if you can replace the battery or if the unit is still under warranty try to call their support if they can replace the unit if the unit is still under warranty.
