You shouldn't need a manual to adjust your scope, You can go to my tip page or take it to a gunshop with a bore sighter, they will be happy to help.

I don't have this particular model. Chances are, those are not "knobs" but caps. Remove the caps as you would remove the caps from a pill bottle. Underneath, you should find the adjustment dials for windage and elevation,

once the oil burns off and leaves the barrel, try diff pellets as they do make a world of difference. i have a gamo shadow and use promatch. there are some better and more expensive ones but i have no issues hitting a 50c coin from 50m away. breathing, posture, your steadiness and your familarity to the trigger breakpoint all affect your accuracy.
