Question about Computers & Internet
Hi.... I can't use my internet on the TV (Panasonic Vierra ) When I do the Connection test I have: ok for Chec connection to local network (router) ok for Validate IP address ok for IP address duplication and X for Ceck connection to the internet.... What can I do ...Thanks Richard
I'm assuming that you have internet access available on every other device in the house. If not, it is most likely a problem with your router. I would suggest unplugging it for 30 seconds, the plugging it back in and re-starting the test.
If that doesn't work, you might have a device cap on your router, and therefore need to get into the router settings to change the device cap.

SOURCE: losing connection
I assume this is a cable modem? You need to call your cable company and have a trouble ticket created. I worked for the cable company installing cable for quite a while and I bet my paycheck the signal getting to the modem are below specs and that's why the modem gets dropping the internet connection.
Hope this helps.

You need to disable the UPnP function on the Belkin router. Log into the router(192.168.2.1), and look under System Settings. If you haven't changed the password on the router, the default password is blank, i.e., no password.
