You should now be able to see Mobile Data - Access Point Names, hit there

APN & data settings

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings > More > Cellular networks.
  3. Tap Access Point Names.
  4. If available, tap the T-Mobile US APN.
    • If not available, tap the New APN icon.
    • To reset your APN settings, tap the Menu icon with three dots, then tap Reset to default.
  5. Verify and update the following settings for the Data APN:

Manual network selection

The device detects and registers on wireless networks inside T-Mobile's calling area, but roaming networks are usually restricted to T-Mobile SIM cards. You can manually select a network only in areas where T-Mobile does not own GSM spectrum.
  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings > More > Cellular networks.
  3. Tap Network operators.
  4. Wait while the device populates a list of available networks.

Switch 2G / 4G

Turn on / off airplane mode

Airplane mode turns off wireless connections. This allows app and menu use, but prevents voice or Internet use.
  1. From any screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
  2. Tap the down icon (v), the tap Airplane to turn on or off.

Turn on / off data roaming

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings > More > Cellular networks.
  3. Tap to turn Data Roaming on or off.

Turn on / off mobile data

  1. From any Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Data usage.
  2. Tap to turn Cellular data on or off.

How can I make apn settings?

NET10 operates on either the T-mobile network or AT&T network here are the APN setting for both carriers:

Net10 AT&T APN service
If the one you are running on is AT&T, please enter the following values on the APN:
Name: net10
APN: tfdata
MMSC: http://mms-tf.net
MMS proxy: mms3.tracfone.com
MMS port: 80
Any fields not noted above should be left blank
Net10 T-Mobile APN service
If on the other hand your net 10 service is based on T-Mobile network, use these values instead:
Name: net10
APN: wap.tracfone
MMSC: http://mms.tracfone.com
MMS proxy: Leave in blank
MMS port: 8080
Any fields not noted above should be left blank

To set the APN go to Settings>More>Mobile networks>Access Point Names>Menu>New

I cannot receive any text messages that contain a picture

There are a few things to do that may fix your issue:

1. Delete text messages off of your phone (especially if you have hundreds of texts to one recipient)

2. Go to settings in your "messager" app and reset setting to default.

3. Make sure your APN settings are correct:
Go to "Settings"
Select "More networks"
Select "APN"
Edit your currently used apn...
Name: ATT
APN: wap.cingular
Proxy: none
Port: none
Username and password are blank
Server: none
Mmsc: http://mmsc.cingular.com
Mms proxy: wireless.cingular.com
