SOURCE: Unable to operate remote of Pandigital picture frame

remove the memory card and see if the remote works wit hthe built in memory pics. if it doesnt pic up your card you will just have to try another card. The frames dont read cards larger than 1 Gb very well either - reguardless of how many pics are on the card.

SOURCE: I need a manual for

I find that going to the manufacturer's web site and then going to Support usually gets me access to at least an on-line manual, but most often a downloadable manual.
Hope this helps.

SOURCE: how do you load pictures on a pandigital picture

The following link will provide you with all of the information you need to operate the photo frame. There is plenty of information including operation, specifications, mounting instructions, etc. There is simply too much information to type into this little square box. LOL I hope this helps and good luck.
If the link does not work, just copy and paste it into your browser.

Try the simple stuff first ... turn the picture frame off. Then remove the AC power adapter from the a/c socket in the wall. Wait 30 seconds then plug the adapter back into the wall outlet. Turn your picture frame back on and notice any error messages that may get displayed.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Turn the frame off.
2. Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet.
3. Remove any memory card or flash disk from the frame.
4. Connect the power cable directly to a wall outlet.
