I sent my dvd back & you claim you have not recieve it I told you where I sent it from the post office I have a contract yo recieve 3 movies at a time but only recieve 2 becourse of your not getting the returned dvd S hould you want me to

Ok, any debt must be proved valid to be collected upon.
It sounds like the phone company pulled some shady salesmanship this would be an example of an invalid debt.
contact the debt company in Writing that this is an invalid debt for goods and services that was not received, that you have proof that the goods were not received and that the phone company is attempting to bill you for an invalid contract.

From the sounds of that it looks like you were scammed by someone.

You can open your paypal account and open an investigation as well they do have an insurance policy which you may be able to get some of the money back of not all of it. They will track the e-mail and the account and get it back since you did not receive anything in return.

I had this problem, first there was no signal in a busy city center. I took out the battery and replaced it. Then occurred a white screen with ftm in red letters, all the menus worked but no signal and couldn't access memory card. I thought it was some kind of security lock and took it to the 3 store. The manager claimed he had never seen this error, and should speak to customer services as they would know what to do. I spoke on phone to customer services. They kept me on hold for quite a while, they eventually said it was a zte handset manufacturing error and if i send in the phone they will fix it free of charge. After a lot of wangling they also said they would give me £5 free credit for my time wasted. I sent it in.
I got a letter back, very quickly. they claimed there was liquid damage to the phone, and so it is not covered by warranty. (this is a blatant lie!) If they did not hear from me in 14 days they would send back the phone and i would have to pay £20 for service charges! or they would offer me a refurbished handset at a discounted price. I recieved no further communication from them.
I had to buy another handset. They had not added the £5 they said they would.
I phoned them. They transfered my call to 6 different sections. keeping me on the phone for over 45 minutes. They said i needed to sign up to a 3 contract. (i am on pay as u go) I laughed at this. They refused to call me back. I eventually convinced them to call me back. They said the section dealing with my problem was closed and they will call me back tomorrow. The Indian call center staff were surly and quite frankly rude.
I await there call.

well, they did call back, 1 hour late. The guy immediately put me through, without any explanation, to a mobile phone repair center in scotland, which does not actually deal with '3'.
I was incredulous!
a complete waste of time. not only unhelpful but willfully obfuscating.
i gave up, was too stressful to deal with these 'people'.
my advice - go with another provider.

DID U INSURE IT IN POST OFFICE WHEN YOU SENT IT. IF NOT I DONT THINK THERE IS ANYTHING YOU CAN DO OTHER THAN COMPLAIN TO THE POST OFFICE.

Contact Paypal. They have a claims resolution department. The bonus is that they are OWNED by ebay. You shouldn't have any problems receiving your refund.

Contact OFCOM and I would give a buzz to Watchdog as well.

Late May 08 I responded to an ad on Craig’s list though the add was vague It turned out to be installing T640 Lexmark printers for the New Hampshire Department of motor vehicles DMV to run the new barcode registrations, approximately 580 printers covering the entire state of NH.

#3 Authorize to enter into a contract with Office Store Depot Inc., Arcadia, CA, for contractor support to install and maintain printers in the amount of $143,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2011. 100% Other (Agency) Funds.
So I accepted this POS installing these printers I used my SUV and started work, I form 6/5/08- 7/29/08 I left the job due to lack of payment. They relate the could not wire me the money the only money I woild accept blah blah. so I walked 7/28/08 after noon.
I’ll be the first to admit I tend to toss my bank statements in a pile . As it turns out every check OSD has witten some times written as "The Repair Strore" sent me bounced, I did not know. Also I sent them a w-4 form are they claiming taxes on me and not paying?
In the hole with fees and no money never deposited for 7 weeks.
They owe me thousands in expense and pay hardship.
Filling my tank 2-3 a week I scheduled ,delivered and installed approximately 300 of the 580 printers single handedly.
I went to the governor’s office today we will see what happens. In the mean time I know OSD has to finish this install phase by 9/11/08 or be in breach of contract so I have posted where they found me to help make that happen and help others avoid the same hardship.
