Question about Pioneer FH-X700BT

Open Question

I have a pioneer fh-x700bt. about a week ago while using the bluetooth, the person on the other end started hearing a loud windy sound and couldn't hear me. Until now, the bluetooth has been working fine and the mic has never been touched. Do you think I need a new mic ?

Contact Pioneer Tech Support. It might be your ribbon cable. There is a free repair (shipping cost only), due to a defective ribbon cable for the display.

SOURCE: Blinker and Bluetooth

What type of vehicle? The blinker issue may just be coincidence, but the bluetooth issue sounds like the microphone is just unplugged. Take it back to any Best Buy store, with the installation invoice they gave you, and they will check it out under their lifetime installation warranty, free of charge.

This is any help. May not be of any help. Here goes.
Red wire is Power

Black is ground
No mention of a black? Hmmmm
Double check the wire schematic, there might be a boo boo in that area. - Good Luckand get it fixed before your radio goes poof.

When useing bluetooth i cannot hear anyone and they cannot hear me

Your stereo has to be on for Bluetooth, and your phone has to be set on for Bluetooth and scan, it should fine the code off your phone, when it does you would see it on the CD player, it would show the name or the model of your phone.
