When was the last time it was serviced? The movement probably needs a good cleaning and/or oiling.

I recently moved my melodies in motion clock back one hour for daylight savings time and now the clock is not keeping time. I suppose I should not have moved it backwards but now what do I do to get the...

By moving the clock back one hour you changed from DST to standard time, not as you stated. Some clocks require you to rotate the hands clockwise to set the time back. Your clock may have been damaged beyond repair.

Have a Seth Thomas Banjo clock - estimated to be @ 60-70 years old - was working perfectly for many years - recently moved and movers took off pendelem weight so not to lose it - now clock will not run...

Is it spring wound or weighted with pine cones? I have a feeling the movers wound it up for you and over wound it. you can release the tension on the spring by carefully letting the key unwind while you hang on to the catch, I just got a clock from somebody, it was way over wound, took about 10 full turns out of it and got it running, it has been going for about a week without touching the spring. I haven't got the chimes back yet.,,, Now if it is a weighted mechanism, the chain may have jumped the track. Check that out. Other than that, I can't see why it shouldn't work. Hope this helps.

I moved a small refrigerator from one room to another, worked fine in first room, but now it will not get cold at all. Power does work, as the light is on inside. I am in Kuwait, so this a 240v model.

Possibly the fridge was moved horizontally instead of keeping it vertical. (Always keep fridges upright when moving them!) This can transfer liquid refrigerant into areas of the system in which the refrigerant is supposed to be a gas. Try unplugging it and leaving it to settle for a few days, hopefully the liquid refrigerant may drain back to where it should be. Otherwise, you may be up for a new compressor.

Blackberry trackball wont work

I have the Blackberry Tour.......I work in all kinds of environments....so I get dust, dirt, and debris in my trackball......every 3-4 weeks I cannot move the trackball.......all you gotta do is get AIR DUSTER, the same you use for your computer keyboard etc. and keep it about 3-4 inches away and spray the air at your trackball and move it around......just keep spraying it for about 1-2 seconds at a time and move the ball around after every spray and you are good to go!!!!!

Cassette doesn't load and move down into machine

I had the same problem. With the camera on, keep taking the battery off and putting it back on. Start to close the door and then open it. Eventually you should hear it try to move. Keep doing it and it should move down all the way.

Freezing

I have the same problem with my genesis. Most likely it freezes if you make the cartridge move any, which is hard to avoid on these older consoles. Same goes for any cartridge based console i.e. NES,SNES,N64 sega
Theres a cheap way to keep the cartridge from moving though, heres what i do; As your inserting the game, wedge something like a quarter, or a small piece of cardboard with the game. It keeps the game from moving, and thus keeping it from freezing.
hope this works for you!!
