5W /10W, how viscous do you want your cold oil to be?
I believe the conventional wisdom is "the higher the miles, the lower the number" for (W)inter. Where are you, how cold is your winter?
Conversely, You might look in to going from a 30 to a 40 weight oil, as this would be indicated with higher miles.
